Three structures in Sighetu Marmației — Romania — offering family, care, and educational pathways for children in difficulty.
A home, a real family
Quadrifoglio's family homes were born from a simple, hard question: where will the children left without a home or affection in Sighet sleep tonight? The three structures are designed as life nuclei rather than institutions — a resident couple, with their own children, at the heart of each house; a stable educational team; entirely local staff, rooted in the territory.

The educational model
A clear break from the old state orphanages, where educators rotated every six to eight hours. Here, a resident family is the children's stable emotional and cultural reference. The educational team includes educators and animators (3 per house), alongside domestic staff (3 per house) — also a part of each child's daily network of trust.

Workshops (photography, woodworking) and accompaniment toward independent working life.
Collaborations
The project relies on professionals across many fields: medical specialists, the Sighet municipality's social workers, a psychologist for each child's growth path, and logistical / construction staff for maintenance. All collaborations are at high standard, to give the children the best technical and human support.
